ROUDDY SUAREZ, CEO and founder of the brand XTROMBA FIT®, created this method in 2017. In his quest to make a fit dance discipline very different from what was used to be seen until then in the sports centers of the Region of Murcia, his purpose is that this method, today known by many people go beyond traditional fitness dance classes.

It's at the Sports Center OLIMPIC CLUB of Murcia, where it begins its journey to date, achieving an expansion of the activity throughout different locations in the Region of Murcia and the Valencian Community.

XTROMBA FIT® is a high-impact activity, in the 1-hour session,
a cardiovascular work of strength and mainly emotional.

XTROMBA FIT® It is based on the “AFTER-BURN” effect, which refers to the calories that are burned after playing sports. On XTROMBA FIT® we make the most of this natural process of the body, for this we insert
different intensities throughout the class, thus ensuring that your body does not get used to oxygen and, therefore, works harder.

Working according to the “AFTER-BURN” effect, in XTROMBA FIT® We intersperse fit dance training with aerobic and strength movements, so we can speed up your metabolism. All this in an XTROMBA FIT® session of at least 45 minutes.

Our XTROMBA FIT® dance discipline has the premise of basing our classes on choreographies that take place in the same sequence of steps wherever the activity is taught, in this way, we achieve that XTROMBA FIT® also be an organization connected and coordinated with each and every one of its Master Instructor members from anywhere in the world.

In addition, these same Master Instructors are properly prepared, physically and emotionally, being able to effectively perform the function of coach with their assistant students.

Regardless of the type of environment, XTROMBA FIT® nos tomamos muy en serio todas las medidas COVID indicadas por nuestras autoridades competentes, para la correcta y segura realización de la actividad deportiva, sin que suponga, de ningún modo, un riesgo a la salud pública. Como por ejemplo: uso de elementos de señalización en suelos, uso de dispensadores de solución o gel hidroalcohólico en puntos estratégicos y control de aforo en cada instalación.
