ROUDDY SUÁREZ, CEO and founder of the XTROMBA FIT® brand, created this method in 2017. In his search to make a fit dance discipline very different from what until then was used to be seen in the sports centers of the Region of Murcia, its purpose is that this method, today known by many people, would go beyond what are the traditional fitness dance classes.

It is at the OLIMPIC CLUB Sports Center in Murcia, where it begins its journey to date, achieving an expansion of activity throughout different locations of the Region of Murcia and the Valencian Community.

XTROMBA FIT® is a high-impact activity, in the 1-hour session a cardiovascular work of strength and mainly emotional.

XTROMBA FIT® is based on the “AFTER-BURN” effect, which refers to the calories that are burned after playing sports. In XTROMBA FIT® we make the most of this natural process of the body, for this we insert different intensities throughout the class, thus ensuring that your body does not get used to oxygen and, therefore, works harder.

Working based on the “AFTER-BURN” effect, in XTROMBA FIT® we intersperse fit dance training with aerobic and strength movements, thus achieving speed up your metabolism. All this in an XTROMBA FIT® session of at least 45 minutes.

Our XTROMBA FIT® dance discipline has the premise of basing our classes on choreographies that take place in the same sequence of steps wherever the activity is taught, in this way, we achieve that XTROMBA FIT® is also an organization connected and coordinated with each and every one of its Master Instructor members from anywhere in the world.

In addition, these same Master Instructors are properly prepared, physically and emotionally, being able to effectively perform the function of coach with their assistant students.

XTROMBA FIT® is an activity that takes place both indoors and outdoors. Always, respecting and taking into account the capacity allowed in the facility used for our fitness sports session.

Regardless of the type of environment, at XTROMBA FIT® we take all the COVID measures indicated by our competent authorities very seriously, for the correct and safe performance of the sports activity, without in any way entailing a risk to public health. For example: use of signaling elements on floors, use of hydroalcoholic gel or solution dispensers at strategic points and capacity control in each facility.

XTROMBA FIT® has two very well-defined objectives, which, over the last few years, have already been carried

1. Make XTROMBA FIT® a reference as a new high intensity fitness dance method. And it is real, as each of the people who to date have lived the experience of an XTROMBA FIT® class come to feel maximum attraction for the energy and good atmosphere that emerges in each of our classes.

And that is why our goal is every day that more people can learn about our activity and with it, expand their emotions through our classes.

2. Train the greatest number of people as XTROMBA FIT® Master Instructors and thereby expand our activity through 100% trained professionals, both physically and emotionally. People who can take advantage of our activity to acquire greater knowledge that encourages them to develop their emotional intelligence as people and as fitness professionals.

Currently, XTROMBA FIT® has a team of active and Certified Master Instructors, deployed throughout the Region of Murcia and the Valencian Community. And each time, that group is growing.

It is estimated that constant half an hour of dancing can burn between 200 and 400 calories! A study published in the Journal of Physiological Anthropology found that dancing is just as helpful for weight loss and increased aerobic power as cycling and jogging.

Flexibility, strength and resistance

La flexibilidad, fuerza y resistencia que se adquieren con el baile ayudan a mantener el cuerpo libre de lesiones. Un estudio de la Universidad de Washington mostró que bailar tango resultó ser mejor que otros ejercicios para mejorar la capacidad de movimiento en pacientes con Parkinson. Dancing is excellent for helping people suffering from depression. As well as stimulating the production of endorphins, it helps control feelings of isolation. According to a study published in the International Journal of Neuroscience, dancing contributes to the regulation of serotonin and dopamine levels, key neurotransmitters to avoid falling into depression.

El baile puede ser una gran arma de seducción.
